By connecting students with employers to solve actual business challenges, EPIC creates meaningful experiences that build critical skills like communication, teamwork, and problem-solving. Through collaboration between K–12 schools, technical campuses, colleges, and industry partners, this initiative is designed to strengthen the talent pipeline, give students exposure to career pathways, and provide employers with early access to the next generation of talent.
