Berrien County is helping bring EPIC (Employer Provided Innovation Challenges) to Southwest Michigan through its partnership with the U.S. Chamber of Commerce Foundation and Emerge. As a connector of local schools, employers, and community partners, Berrien County is advancing a more collaborative approach to workforce development—one where education and industry work side by side and students tackle real-world business challenges. Through EPIC, Berrien County is helping prepare the region’s future workforce by equipping students with in-demand skills, encouraging creativity and problem-solving, and creating meaningful connections with employers right here in the community.
